TECNOLOGIAS AVANZADAS INSPIRALIA SL (INSPIRALIA)

image012INSPIRALIA vision aims at supplying advanced R&D services within a market oriented approach. The company covers the complete product development cycle from the inception of the “idea”, the conceptual design, state of the art research and innovation, up to the construction of the prototypes, field testing and validation. Inspiralia also offers support to bridge the gap from the research prototype to the final commercial product; by assisting our partners in dissemination, marketing and exploitation activities. Inspiralia central facilities are located in Madrid. The Madrid office hosts the intelligent systems group as well as the numerical computing department. The Electronic laboratories are based in Logroño, while the materials laboratories are located at the Technological Park of Madrid

INSPIRALIA will develop the simulation model for powder metallurgy production process in WP2. INSPIRALIA has not got a lot of experience in dissemination and demonstration activities and that’s why it will not participate in the relevant WPs.

INSPIRALIA is a research center with high expertise in simulation modeling and that’s why it was approached by the SMEs.

  • The next step

The next step in our novel approach is the application of ZrO2/Zr coating on the implant using Laser Engineered Net Shape techniques to give better wear resistance and lower the possibility of interfacial separation under repeated loading condition.

  • Taking a new route

NewBioGen is taking a new route to establish methods that yield high precision and quality biomaterials and will validate their increased biocompatibility, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, enhanced mechanical and tribological properties.

  • NewBioGen Project
